HOW TO FIND EVENT PRESALES & PUBLIC SALES
1) Go to the SEARCH page.
2) Enter the name of the
EVENT or simply leave it blank to search all events.
3) Enter the name of the
VENUE or simply leave it blank to search all venues.
4) Choose the DATE RANGE (today's shows, tomorrow's, etc...)
you wish to search.
5) Choose the EVENT CATEGORY (concerts, sports, etc...)
you wish to search.
6) Select the EVENT TYPE (presale, public sale or cancelled)
you wish to search.
7) Click on REFRESH SEARCH to get the listings you want.
HOW TO ENTER THE EVENT
NAME
Concert events can be named
after an artist, multiple artists, radio stations, festival names or tour
names. Enter the event name as you think it would be advertised on the
radio, newspaper or internet. Enter as much of the name as you are sure of to
get the most precise results. If you are not sure of the spelling, then
enter as much as you know and you will get all event names containing your
partial entry. If you do not enter an event name the system will search
all events.
HOW TO ENTER THE VENUE
NAME
Enter the venue name as
you think it would be advertised on the radio, newspaper or internet. Enter as
much of the name as you are sure of to get the most precise results. If
you are not sure of the spelling, then enter as much as you know and you
will get all venue names containing your partial entry. If you do not enter
an venue name the system will search all venues.
UNDERSTANDING THE SEARCH
RESULTS
IMPORTANT: On-sale times
are listed for the local time zone of the event and venue. For example:
If a presale or public sale is listed for 10:00AM at a venue in New York
- you must figure out what time that is wherever you are. If you are in
California, you will need to be ready by 7:00AM because that is the same
as 10:00AM in New York. Please see the FAQ or contact us with any additional
questions about the search results.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PRE-SALES
The "notes" section of each listing contains information or an internet link. This tells you where you need to register for the presale. Registration is usually through a fan club, venue web-site or radio station mailing list. Be sure to rigister for the presale ASAP to get the password fastest. In some cases you will not need to register because the password will be available at the location we give you. In some cases the presale will not require a password. If you are having any difficulty you can contact us with questions and we will try to help you.
